Terms and Conditions
General terms and conditions of sale for B2B customers. Last updated: March 2026
1. General
These terms apply to all offers, orders and agreements between Expo Plus (KvK 27187843) and its business customers. By placing an order the Customer agrees to these terms. Deviations are only valid if confirmed in writing by Expo Plus.
2. Account & Access
This webshop is exclusively for registered B2B customers. Access is granted after approval by Expo Plus. The Customer is responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activities under their account.
3. Offers and Pricing
All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices are customer-specific based on applicable agreements. Expo Plus reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. Orders placed before a price change are honoured at the original price.
4. Orders
Orders are binding upon submission. Expo Plus will confirm orders by email. Expo Plus reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of stock unavailability, incorrect pricing or suspected fraud, with prompt notification to the Customer.
5. Delivery
Delivery terms are indicative and not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing. Risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer upon delivery. Delivery costs are communicated at checkout and may vary by order value.
6. Payment
Payment is due according to the terms agreed with the Customer. In case of late payment, Expo Plus reserves the right to charge statutory commercial interest and cost recovery fees in accordance with Dutch law (Wet aanpak late betalingen).
7. Complaints and Returns
Complaints regarding delivered goods must be submitted within 5 business days of receipt by email to [email protected]. Returns are only accepted with prior written approval. Goods must be returned in original, undamaged packaging.
8. Liability
Expo Plus is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the invoice value of the relevant order. Expo Plus is not liable for damages resulting from force majeure, including transport disruptions, shortages or supplier failures.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website is the property of Expo Plus or its licensors. Nothing may be reproduced or published without prior written consent.
10. Privacy
Expo Plus processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR. Customer data is used solely for order processing, account management and communication. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
11. Governing Law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in The Hague, the Netherlands.
